Go to your settings and scroll down to the bottom where you will see a Facebook and a twitter logo. Beside them are pink boxes that say Connect to Facebook and Connect to Twitter. Click them and fill in your Facebook and twitter account. But if you just have twitter and not Facebook or the other way around, that's not a problem you can still get 10SDs. If you don't get them after you entered your accounts than just log out then in again then it should be there.
