If your from USA just go to http://www.stardoll.com/pl/montecarlo/ and make a new account

If not just follow these steps

1. Delete all your history

2. You will need to use a manual proxy like
IP: 168.216.31.185
Port: 8080
3. Paste http://www.stardoll.com/pl/montecarlo/ into the URL Bar
4. Pick the first girl
(You won't be able to get it if you just log in)




5.Make an account
6. It will redirect you to the Monte Carlo Party
7.Leave the party and go back to your suite and you should be wearing it

*You can't get the dress unless you make a new account*




Update: If you chose the third girl,, you can get HB Voile Dress
